Our Team
The Aim High team is experienced working with SEND individuals and we work in partnership with parents and carers to ensure that each student has a personalised and appropriate educational programme that will meet student needs with due regard to safeguarding, risk assessments and expected outcomes.
Frances Murray
Frances Murray is the Alternative Education Provision Manager at Aim High. With more than 20 years’ experience in the education, land-based, and equestrian sectors, Frances brings a wealth of expertise to the role.
She oversees Aim High’s new AEP ventures and is also directly involved in delivering the programme. Frances has extensive experience supporting children and young people with additional needs, ensuring every learner is given the guidance and encouragement they need to succeed.

Our partner
Haddon Training has been delivering high-quality education, personalised and accessible learning experiences for more than two decades. Working with Aim High, based at the Ride High Equestrian Centre, Haddon Training’s Alternative Education Provision offering supports those who may encounter challenges in traditional academic settings, promoting an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive and pursue personal growth through learning.
Haddon can also provide Functional Skills (Maths and English) training if this is needed.
